Harshal spent more than a decade at SIGMASOFT and Moldex3D the two leading injection molding simulation platforms where he served as Director of Sales for North America and led simulation adoption at manufacturers across automotive, medical, aerospace and packaging. His technical work spans thermoplastics, liquid silicone rubber, thermosets and metal injection molding, with published research in Rubber World and more than 35 papers, keynotes and conference presentations, including keynote appearances at NPE 2024 and the International Polymer Colloquium at UW Madison

Rajesh R. Wadhwa

MS Mechanical Engineering with Plastics Engineering, University of Massachusetts Amherst. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Rajesh has spent more than two decades leading plant and multi-site manufacturing operations including plants running 80+ injection molding machines around the clock with a track record of turnarounds in medical device, automotive and consumer products. He has led ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 certifications at multiple companies, and has implemented scientific injection molding across several operations.
